Looking for some inspiration really, apart from Philipa Gregory's The Boleyn Inheritance I have no other recommendations.

Open thread really so any genre of books welcome.

Last one I read were "The testament of Gideon Mack" by James Robertson, "the Poe Shadow" by Matthew Pearl and "Long way down" by Nick Hornby. Enjoyed all of them alot!

Currently reading "the Book Thief" by Marcus Zusak and editing my husband's latest (so far unpublished, unfortunately) fantasy book

Just about to finish 'American Gods' by Neil Gaiman. It's fantastic and I don't want it to end. I've enjoyed every bit of it. Just bought 'Neverwhere' by the same author and have high hopes.
