I'm attempting to get mil some books she will properly enjoy for Christmas, and her favourite author is Barbara Erskine (she's read pretty much all of her books and I wouldn't know which ones she hasn't in order to find those specific ones) so I'm turning to you lovely lot to help me decide what else she'd like.

Sorry, this is too late for Christmas now but incase it's still useful I'd recommend Pamela Hartshorne. I've only read The Edge of Dark which was a fantastic read (I've now been reminded that I'd like to read more!) Very much in a similar style to Barbera Erskine.
