Hapless detective duo Timmy Failure and Total (his pet polar bear and business partner) are Total Failure, Inc. a detective agency destined for global greatness – or so Timmy likes to think!

If your children enjoyed diary of a wimpy kid-then they will love Timmy Failure! These are a great set of books and very funny-for adults and for children. My 9 year old really enjoys these books! There are a lot of characters ( real and unreal) along with many twists and turns which make it a fast past, exciting read!

My daughter has read these and really enjoyed them. They have now passed them onto my other daughter who is excitingly waiting to start them.

We've whizzed through book 3 today "We Meet Again" - once again my wee man just loves all the illustrations (especially Total the polar bear) and how funny the stories are. I enjoyed this one the most as it had an edge of heart to it as well - we get to see Timmy's vulnerabilities a bit more and is his worst enemy about to become his best friend? A really good fun read - onwards to book 4 with great enthusiasm!

Very popular, and quite easy to read/get into.

Well we've just finished the 4th in the series (sanitized for your protection) and it was just as good as the others. Genuinely funny for adults too - I loved Kumquat Killer Katy the cleaning woman. Timmy and Molly embark on an adventure around Chicago which lets us see a gentle side to Timmy. The detective work is still as inept as ever but all the real life stuff that happens alongside gives the character a real depth and the illustrations are just perfect. A 5th instalment is on it's way and we'll definitely be heading out and buying it. A really impressive series - loved them all.
