Clover is looking for answers. She is searching for them in her mother's belongings, a collection of things that she hopes will tell the full story of her mother, her father, and who she is going to be.

From Carys Bray, the award-winning author of A Song for Issy Bradley, comes a tender yet funny tale of love and loss. The Museum of You will surprise, make you cry but also delight.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to try this book. I've not read any of the other books by this author, so am looking forward to trying one. I'm only a few chapters in so far and am really enjoying it. Carys has a really engaging writing style and the storyline is keeping me interested. Really hoping to get some more read this weekend.

A friend has just lent this to me for my holiday, I sneaked a quick read of the first chapter and then hid it away. So far, just brilliant, I am hooked. Cant wait for the plane now

Thank you so much for this. It's quite different from my usual reading choice, which is a good thing, I need to try different styles and genres. I haven't got very far yet, but so far it is interesting..

I thoroughly enjoyed this and thought it was incredibly well written, capturing the voice of a 12 year old perfectly. This was a real page turner and kept me hooked right up until the end. Relationships were well crafted and there was some real humour with particular characters. Great read and highly recommended.

Dsiso · 18/07/2016 10:43

What a beautiful story, so tenderly written. I really enjoyed it. The characters developed as the pages turned and although sad in places it ended quite positively. I couldn't put the book down and thought about the story long after I had finished it. A great book to get lost in a forget about the real world.

4isplenty · 18/07/2016 12:44

I received this book to review. I have not read any previous titles by this author.
I started to read this book and was immediately swamped by the minute detail. I found it quite hard to find the rhythm to the words for the first few chapters but perseverance pays off as something clicked and I was in the story after that. I found the story to be a bit disjointed 'too many cooks' for all the information about the characters was drip fed throughout, with no pattern or insight. I was slightly disappointed with the ending, it seemed very unfinished, all the characters had back stories and none were in anyway concuded. In my opinion of course. I wish everyone well in their enjoyment of this story, it seems it did not agree with myself.

Cailin7 · 18/07/2016 14:13

This is a touching story about grief and the various ways of dealing with it. It is well written, very descriptive however I just did not connect with it or the characters.

shydaylily · 18/07/2016 15:26
