Anyone who adores Jodi Picoult - what next?

I've read all Picoults books and found myself unable to put them down. I'm not bereft to have none left to read - which other authors/books have Picoult lovers gone on to read? I'm at my happiest when I have a good book on the go! Thanks so much

I came on to say Diane Chamberlain too. I LOVE her books, think she is miles better than Jodi Picoult whose writing is very formulaic. I always feel so close to the characters in Diane Chamberlain's novels. I especially loved the Kiss River trilogy.

I would also recommend Liane Moriarty, she is very good too.

Liane Moriarty. Mum is hooked on her though nothing will ever quite replace Picoult in her heart. I also got hooked on Gillian Flynn, but my mum wasn't overly bothered about her.

Diane Chamberlain.

If you enjoyed 19 minutes you'll love We Need to Talk about Kevin by Lionel Shriver. (Or not... it's a book that tends to provoke mixed responses but imho Shriver is a much better writer than Picoult and has written a much better book on the subject of teenage school mass murders.)
