i got a copy for mothers day, as yet it remains unread, because im in the middle of another book.

i didnt rate it. it was ok but i was left thinking "was that it?" kept expecting something interesting to happen.

I thought it was beautifully light and easy to read and funny. I am v pg and my mum is coping with her aging mum. I asked her if she could cope with a book a bit close to the bone, and made her promise to put it down if it got too much. She read it over the 3 days that Granny was off on respite care and said she both laughed and cried, and found it wonderful to know other people's lives are more extreme than hers!

I just finished this. Wasn't that impressed, but then I don't generally do Chicklit. It was ok, but not very involving for me ...
