What would it be? What book can you read again and again, without being bored, and maybe getting something new from each time?

My vote would go to To Kill a Mocking Bird.

i completly agree about Jane Eyre it is the most perfect story, but my go to book when bored is The Valley of Horses by Jean M Auel

My Family and Other Animals. No matter how many times I read it it never fails to make me laugh like a loon.

The Adventures of Hummy and Dummy. Been reading it or having it read to me for as long as I can remember!

I re read every book I have, unless they are truly awful. Tara the Otter, the Alice's and anything by Beatrix Potter spring to mind.

Katherine by Anya Seton.

It was my grandmother's favourite book & she gave me her copy. I must've read it a dozen times since I was a teenager.
