Life of Pi....shall I persevere with it?

DP read this and said it was great so I started reading it and was quite enjoying it initially but now I'm finding it a bit dull TBH (I'm at the bit thats all about the religions).

I never used to give up on books ever but a few years ago I realised that there's no point in wasting your life reading something you really are not enjoying. However I keep hearing that this book is so good that I don't want to miss out.

Shall I keep going or not?

Dreadful book. I honestly cannot understand why people think it is so marvellous.

Another anti-fan here. I resent the time I lost to it.

Fortunately I only paid £1 for it in the Kindle sale...

I finished it but totally agree with whoever said it was "time I'll never get back"

Cannot understand why people rave about it at all.

I loved it, despite the boring 1st half. It totally made me look at my world in a different way, tapping into that creative mad part of me that thinks anything is possible ;) Persevere. It's worth it!!

The first half was boring but I loved it. The ending was great and made me think esp in the context of religion.
