Anyone read "After You'd Gone" by Maggie O Farrell?

If so, which way do you think it went at the end? I've just finished it and am still wondering whether she pulled through. I suppose ultimately it isn't the point, but still...

I have to agree with thegirlwiththemouseyhair. I read this many years ago and loved it then read My Lover's Lover and was really angry at the many mistakes in the book, one of which was about Arctic landscapes with penguins and this was reiterated throughout the book. I couldn't believe the incompetence of the editors for not picking up on the fact that there are NO penguins in the Arctic and it put me off ever reading Maggie O'Farrell's books.
