What vegetarian dinners can I eat on ww?

I've done a few weeks now and am struggling for dinners. This is because I'm not very good at cooking. I'm a vegetarian and not that keen on eggs. What are your go to veggie dinners on ww?

Things with beans and lentils in - bean stew, or dahl, for example. Or tofu (I LOVE tofu - delicious fried or cubed, tossed in cornflour and then baked, or scrambled). Or quorn chicken/mince cooked with stuff (or just chicken pieces on a salad). And loading up on vegetables to keep me full (e.g. noodles with tofu/quorn pieces with loads of veg thrown in, or a salad to go alongside spaghetti bolognese, made with quorn mince and mushrooms).
Although I've also realised that it isn't actually that helpful (for me) to totally avoid 'high point' foods like seeds and nuts - or even white pasta - just have them in smaller quantities. If I try to cut them out completely, I get really hungry and then lose any willpower I once had.
What sort of things did you used to eat before starting ww?

Thanks for the tips. It's the cooking that I need to get to grips with. I was a big ready meal eater before, or pre-prepared food like quiche. I just can't eat these things on ww, which is obviously good, but I'm not used to cooking!

You can eat things like quiche on ww, just smaller portions, same with ready meals.
There are so many vegetarian easy options in supermarkets now, buy a pinch of nom cookbook and start there. What colour are you?

I’m pescatarian but rarely eat fish. I’m on Purple so my priorities might be different from those on Green, but we as a family have a lot of success with recipes from the Green Roasting Tin: delicious vegetarian traybakes which are very simple: you just chop stuff up, mix in some flavourings & a bit of oil, and stick it in the oven. I tend to reduce the oil a bit with no detrimental effects. The good thing about these dishes on Purple is that they tend to contain a lot of zero-point foods such as pulses and wholegrains: I usually only have to point the oil and sometimes some nuts or cheese. Some of these dishes will use more points on Green but they’d still be worth a look. If you’re not used to cooking they’d be great as they’re very straightforward and don’t use a long list of ingredients. You know you’re eating healthily too, as they’re full of veg, pulses and wholegrains, and they taste great as they have plenty of herbs and spices. My meat-lover DH loves them, as does our 10-year-old DD.

Our other go-to dinners are Quorn chilli, stir fry or spag bol, or sausage (Quorn or Linda McCartney) and mash, or at the weekend if DH cooks a roast, I have veggie sausages or a plant burger with the rest of the roast dinner. Also jacket potatoes with homemade bean chilli or fat free cottage cheese. Oh, and homemade curries: dhal is great for being low point and filling.
