I have been following this plan will be end of week four on sat any way
First week I sts fellow weight watchers said I was eating too many 0p foods and not enough sp foods , plus totm
Week 2 lost 12lb. Drinking more water using more sp points

Week 3 9lb gain nothing had changed from wk 2 other than the battery on the scale I think was going ( I am now doubting week 2 loss ,
I am
At a loss still going but struggling
So breakfast I usually have branflakes 3sp with either milk 2sp or fage 0% yog and blueberry occasions will have a freedom choc shot on top 1sp

Lunch is harder as if I am working early it's a struggle but I try to have egg sandwich using warburtons milk roll 3 sp ww crisp 2 sp and either fruit or a yoghurt

Tea I will have chicken salad ridge cakes 2sp
Followed by mullerlight 3sp and some biscuits broken on top 4 sp

I drink water ( this is an example the other day for instance I had 2 egg omelette with onion and spinach and bacon griddle )
I am fussy I don't really eat a lot of cooked foods

What am I doing wrong !

Try to look at the nutrition of what you're eating as well as the SP (My Fitness Pal is good for this - if I have a plateau then I use it alongside WW to monitor what I'm eating)

Try to eat more protein and make sure your carbs are wholewheat ones. Research macros and make sure you're eating what you should.

I've lost just under 1 1/2 stone with WW so far. It's been slow but it does work, good luck!

Could you ditch the scales at home and pay to use boots ones?
Swap to wholemeal roll and chose a better yogurt. Muller are low fat but high sugar.

I did the my fitness pal the other day ( only one day though out of curiosity and I was about 1200 cal) but I could use it more
To be honest I only had the mullerlight because it was that or a fage 😂 have you any other yoghurt ideas !
I wonder if I have bugger my metabolism over time and that's part of the issue ( I was very over weight and did a crash diet maintained for several years And the fell of the wagon taking the wheels with me .

Boots scales is a good idea ! But our nearest boots ( public scales ) is about 30 min drive away ( live in a village ) but it might be worth giving it a shot .

My fav yogurts are tesco mango soya yogurts. I dip a banana into them. I am not dairy intolerant but love these. Find them in the fridge with dairy free bits. Pack of four for £1.20.
Sometimes leisure centres have public scales to use.
