What do you mean, you had 23 points worth (if that's what you're on) of bread, baked beans and some milk? That's quite a lot! It's really easy to go over isn't it.

If you're careful with the kind of bread you have, you can do beans on toast for under 10 points. A small tin of beans is 5, and small slices of wholemeal are 2 points each.

And if you fancy making your own version of baked beans they can be zero points :)

I get it. Weight watchers is shit. You’re hardly eating a big mac washed down with a pint of cream

That would be 'free' on No Count!

You've got plenty of points - there's so many free foods on flex!

galwaygrand · 03/03/2018 17:29

Admittedly, it was a whole tin of beans Blush and yes, white bread and some butter and my milk and I was all out of points for the day! It is my first week on WW so I guess I have a lot to learn!

I’m wondering if the No Count option mentioned above might be better so am off to research that too!

Even if you've had all your points for your day you can just eat zero point food for the rest of the day. If you get familiar with those then you will never have more day left than points. 😊

Thank you, fresh start tomorrow with a new outlook!

The trouble is with flex, and the no points foods, is that chicken , fish, eggs, fruit, veg and boiled beans don't give me the feel good factor that the high carb foods like bread, potatoes, porridge, corn flakes and butter do. Never mind the treats like cake, chocolate, dried fruit, nuts and liquorice do. I feel deprived, and I am now working so hard my arms ache, I eat all my fit points to stop feeling weak on this low complex carbohydrate diet. How are my kidneys coping with all those eggs, and all that meat?
