Hi,

I originally done weight watcher 6 years ago and lost 3 stone. I've since been on slimming world had a baby went back on slimming world and now I can't shift the "baby weight" two years later.

I'm at my wits.

Can you try and explain it to me before I go and buy it to see if it will suit? The reason I switched to slimming world was when the plan first changed and it didn't work well for me, however I believe it's since changed and is now "better"

For me WW is now less carb driven, as in most carbs are high in points. You can still eat them but a slice of white bread is 4 points, a sandwich thin is 3, panini is 7. I've not even counted pasta yet! However, you can still eat what you want within reason, SW for me doesn't take into account portion control. I lost 1 stone on WW over 8 weeks combined with exercise :) It is strict but you have daily points (30) for me and weekly points (35) for me then any Activity can gain you extra points. It's always worked for me. HTH X
