So, this is my first time doing weight watchers. I'm doing it online as I have a 6week old DS and a 3.5 year old DD and will struggle to go to meetings.

I have done slimming world before and lost weight but it doesn't seem to be working for me this time.

I am 15st 12.8lb. I have 2stone to lose to get back to pre pregnancy weight but ideally I would like to lose 4 stone. This would put me in my healthy BMI range.

I am going to break it into mini targets. First one is to lose 1stone!!!

Becks I hope this week is going better for you. I'm exactly the same around my period. I mostly want to eat chocolate. Perhaps get in some of the weight watchers pointed choc bars or something in prep for next time.

I've lost a lb this week which considering I caved and had battered fish at the seaside and a few malibus, it isn't bad. Just hoping it doesn't go on next week. 5lb lost so far.

DH is working away from the Tuesday after bank holiday and so I think I will find it easier being on my own.

We have a picnic tomorrow.
I'm going to pack a salad.

Becks how are you getting on? I've lost. 7lb so far. I fell spectacularly off plan. I'm on holiday again this week and when we get back I'm joining a class as I need the extra motivation.
