So who wants to help me devise a SENSIBLE diet and exercise plan that I can STICK TO? Please.

SENSIBLE and STICKING TO are not my strong points.

My diets usually involve me declaring that from Monday (it has to be a MOnday) I will only eat/drink Slimfast products and fresh fruit and I will exercise for at least two hours a day.

Everything starts off well untill Monday evening when I am exhausted and unbelievely hungry and I send DH out in search of cheesey chips with garlic sauce.

Exercise equipment I have my disposal include An exercise bike, a proper bike, handweights, skipping ropes, lateral thigh trainer, elipitcal rider, a dog, a park, a wii inc. wii fit, wii fit plus, your shape, wii active, my personal trainer, wii family trainer and wii active.

I should probably mention I work in a Chinese and get free food and I love Chinese food.

Wow, I could never work in a Chinese or Indian ... I'd be morbidly obese in weeks.

Your diet habits sounds just how I used to be:

"From Monday ... I'll only eat All-bran, fish, salad and vegetables ... and I'll ONLY drink water and I'll exercise for at least an hour EVERYDAY"

Obviously my plans never saw a Tuesday because by Monday night, I .. like you would be so hungry and fed up, I'd order the greasiest, fattyist, calorie laden thing I could think off and I'd sit there, eating it thinking "Ok, I'll start next week ... but I MEAN it this time ... " and so it goes on.

I cannot stick to low fat diets because I like proper food too much and my will power is crap. Only diet I have been able to stick to for more than a day is low carb diet. You don't have to go all out Atkins ... just cut carbs down and see how it affects your weight. No advice on the exercise though, I go to organised classes and get told off if I don't turn up that's my motivation!

Low carb I think I could do. I am not overly found of pasta, rice or potatos anyway. Unless the rice is egg fried

I'd still have to have some sort of rice or noodles with my Chinese though , but will cut down on the rest.

I need to stick to something because I am going away to Rurkey in July and I want to be at least a size 14 (I am currently a large 18). Is that even do-able?

The Cambridge diet you say? I think I have a book on that somewhere (I am a fad dieter ).

Are you allowed Noodles? I might have to get that book back out if it is as good as you say and will still allow me to eat egg noodles.
