This report talks about fat distribution.

I am 5 foot 4.5 and about 9.8st. I fit in most 8 clothes, and some ten. I think i am really heavy for my size, if you know what i mean. I would like to be just under 9 stone ideally but am probably dreaming.

penfold - that was on the Tesco diet web site. It wasn't seen as my healthy weight but my 'ideal' weight - what most people thought ideal. Heap of crap IMO.

I've just looked again and it doesn't say it now. Was about 18m ago.

I'm 5'8 and 14st 3lbs.

I'm a big build though (broad shoulders and big back ) so my aim is for 12st by the beginning of July.

DD is only 6weeks old, and I'm still breastfeeding, so the weightloss will be gradual.

5t7 - 12 stone 2 (almost same weight as I was at full-term!). Dd 9 months now. Not impressed. Usually around 10 stone. Always feel look good at 9 stone 7. With 3 kids have no time to exercise and am too knackered come 7pm (and have the house to sort out anyway).

5ft 6, 8st 5lb at the moment, small frame, as in small hips and really scraggy legs, no tits, no waist either. Flabby belly at the moment too due to having 10 week old baby.

I'm hoping to start Marathon training soon and build up some muscle and tone up.

Orm - thank goodness it;s not still saying that....talk about unreasonable and unhealthy. Ideal if you're a model perhaps (who drinks champagne and eats lettuces!)

I'm 5ft 2 and 8stone 7 pounds but 8 stone is the weight I feel best at - damn those 'last 7 pounds'! Trying to shift them in time for the Carribean in April!
