Can I ask why your doing this?

Summerfruit · 06/05/2009 21:17

Because I'm fat, I have no will power and one of my friend recommended it to me..It only cost 100 pounds a month for 3 session a week. I'm desperate.

Sorry I wasnt being funny just wondered why. I know my friend does it for the exercise push thats all rather than loosing weight etc...

Im also overweight by 2 stone. I joined WW 3 weeks ago and have lost half a stone in 2 weeks with a weigh in tomorrow hoping to loose another 2 pounds. IVe been walking everywhere, and went swimming this week.

Hopefully someone who has had the experience of a PT will post on this for you.

Good luck

Hi! I have a PT and I think it has worked for me only doing one session a week..

I find she really has motivated me into going to the gym more and so this has had an impact on the size and shape of my ass.. all for the better..

I think the fact it costs so much ( you £100 quid a month - I pay £30 a session! ) makes me want to work out between our sessions as no point forking out money if it is not going to work...

plus the fact I am so much fitter than I ever was and just feel mentally better - I would have a PT 3 times a week if I could afford it - good luck ..

definitely agree with zz mum - PT's are fantastic and if you can get one for £100 pw (also ) definitely go for it. He/she will ensure your exercise program is tailored to you, it will be varied, motivate you to eat less crap and work out in between sessions and -force- encourage you to do things you never thought you would be able to (in terms of strength/fitness, not nobel prize winning book writing ! As a result of all this you should feel amazing.
