im desperate i really need to lose weight- would love encouragement & support !

hi all , i am a 26 yr old mother of 3, my son is 6 and i have 2 girls aged 8 month and 20 month,all of my pregnancys have ended in me having a casarean section.
i am 5'2, b4 i had my son i weighed 11 st, developed pre eclampsia and shot up tp 14 st, managed 2 get back down to 11st, my weight then fluctuated for 4 year- managed to stay between 11-12 stone.
i then fell pregnant again and went up to 13st 4 then got back down to 11st2 and fell pregnant again and developed pre eclampsia, my weight shot up to 14st 7 !!!!!!!
that was 8 month ago, i am down to 12st 5 and cant seem to lose anymore ! i look horrendously big ! i am a size 16 sometimes they even feel tight on me !
the reason i want to lose weight is not just for me but my kids as extra weight increases chances of heart attacks,strokes,diabetes etc
i have a loving partner who is also overweight but feels he is okay as his bmi is within a healthy range !
would love any support, messages, stories to help me on my way !
ideally i would love to lose 3 stone but that seems impossible atm !
i cant afford to join slimming clubs or buy diet shakes, therefore im gonna stick to a 1500 cal diet a day, which has worked 4 me b4, so please try and encourage me thanx xxx

yes 4 stone how did that happen?

hmm treats well you have to eat 2/3 low fat dairy desserts and you can have two small glasses of wine or one glass and 20g of chocolate a week .

I find the yoghurt is satisfying my sweet tooth xx

hi I have a good 5 stone to lose and have started to walk a couple of times a week for 3 miles am going to try and do this a third time to. What are you doing on the Wii fit mamof3? I've been trying step stuff for about 30 mins, 26 mins of boxing and 5-8 mins of jogging. am also trying better portion control.

i love the mullerlight mandarin yoghurt and also the vanilla with chocolate
i also buy the little pots of hartleys sugar free jelly as they only 8-15 cals a pot- strawberry ones r lush

PARANOIDMOTHER i like the jogging and also the hula hoops but that kills me doing that , the step ups r good 2, as for portion control i stick to 1500 cals a day, fills me up, just hope it works
at minute i am 12st 5 and would like to get to 10st which seems impossible at the minute, so iv set myself a target to get down to 12st by end of april and take it from there xx

hello, its going well, lost 3lb up 2 no since last monday
however i went 2 chiquitos yesterday and had a huge chicken burger with fries and a choc fudge sunday which was nice at the time however i regret it now as feel very fat lol
hows urs ? x

Welldone, loosing 3lb is fab.

I have more than likely put on rather than lost as not eaten well this week but am statrting again properly on monday!

What sort of things do you eat for breakfast?

i allow 300 cals 4 breakfast, so usually 1 slice of brown seeded toast with flora and jam which is about 150cals and thats it, i tell myself that if i dont have my full calorie allowance then im being good.
i also tend to have a can of diet pepsi with my breakfast as this fills me up, may not be best solution but it works 4 me
wat do u usually eat on a non diet day ?x

usually eat a bowl of porridge with jam or croissants.

Going to start having a bowl of fruit though

A friend has given me all her old slimming world books so i am going to try and follow it at home and weigh myself once a week

must admit i loved slimming world
but i love bread as well and the weight watchers bread does nothing for me, so iv adapted my own diet allowing 1500cals a day, however iv stuck to the slimming world rule of diet pop,fruit,veg,mullerlights being a free food therefore dont count there calorie ontent in my diet and eat them freely

yeah theres loass of free foods fruit,veg,salads etc.
its a good diet
