No, I've never really understood how come Extra Easy works. LesbianMummy, can you explain it a bit more for me please? I don't even know what food density is (tho I'm guessing a Quaver doesn't have as much density as a Yorkie bar).

of what I understand it is to do with how the body turns the food into waste products and how long it fills you up for e.g pasta keeps you full for ages then turns easily into waste as opposed to foods that make you feel hungry again immediately classic example how long does a mcdonalds hamburger fill you up for?
