I'm about 13 stone, normally should be about 10, I have two stone of baby weight already.

Has anyone lost a lot of weight and can give me tips about not becoming all baggy-skinned?

I don't have time for much exercise, apart from walking everywhere. Tummy quite big still, and I think my magnificent 36E norks might take a big hit if I don't lose weight carefully.

I'm not following a particular diet, just eating smaller portions, trying to eat more veg/wholegrains, so not losing weight dramatically quickly.

thanks for any tips

love

Try not to lose more than 2/3 lb a week, so the skin has a better chance of adjusting to the shrinking you, reducing baggyness and stretchmarks

Well done for losing the weight. Keep up the good work! If you would like to get help with losing weight healthily, give me a shout. I have a nutrition supplement that ensures you keep check of the calorie intake but do not miss out on minerals and vitamins and do not get malnourished.

I also have a fantastic cream that ensures your skin remains tight and shrinks with you.
