Food Intolerances and weight gain

Ive been to see a kinesiologist today (again) to check for food sensitivities/intolerances and have been advised to avoid the following for a month to see if there's any difference in my weight as I tested sensitive to them:

All dairy including milk, yoghurt, cheese, butter
cornflour, oats, beef, pork, cod, haddock, oranges, grapefruit, yeast, chocolate, cocoa, honey, beet sugar, cane sugar, demerera sugar, glucose and mixed sweets. Also tested sensitive to my own tortilla and egg tagliatelle.

Any ideas what I can now eat for brekkie?

Since i was weighed at the dieticians on Tuesday i have lost 4.5lbs presumably by avoiding the foods I am sensitive to.. Am very happy and hopefully it will continue (but maybe slow down a little).

Now can anyone explain, (sorry if TMI) even though I am drinking my 2ltrs a day of water (plus fruit smoothies etc) my wee is taking longer to appear at the other end and is generally more yellow than norm - is this just hte toxins its collecting from my bloodstream or should I just increase my water ?

just sent reply and it seems to have gone missing

in brief:

well done Jampots !

how about millet or quinoa or pearl barley instead of the foods you are cutting out?

I did an exclude lots allergy diet, but found it hard to stick to long term, and cracked after 6 weeks.

I later had skin prick allergy test and wheat came up as +, andnow just exclude that, and it helped with weight loss. and still does ....no cake or biscuits !

well done on weight loss. I have been intolerant to wheat for ages and discovered this in 1998 using kineologist. before that it was thought i had ME or other neuralgia illness. not fun especially at uni and working part time. never thought i would be able to cope with a family, but once diagnosed my whole world turned around. suspect it was glandular fever 14 years ago which started intolerance. managed to be slim and svelte!!! as wheat caused severe weight gain but it is a very pure diet; fresh veg, meat and salad. then when pregnant with oldest diary intolence reared head!!! now have soya milk and goats cheese. lost all weight after first, but second now 16 monthes and have spent months craving and eating white bread and chocolate. not good for any one never mind intolerant victim. so in feb started carol vorderman detox. brilliant lost 10lbs, but fell off it at easter and regained 5, so now determined to be back on it today. own tip, when craving or hungry usually means i am thirsty so drink plenty of water, and carry bottle of water all the time! sorry for going on so much!

waitrose now do good 'rossisky' bread wheat and diary free. other supermarkets do good free from range

Jampots I have got to say that if anybody avoided all those foods they would lose weight. Are you actually eating a balanced diet?
