I am really really struggling with my diet, for the last couple of days all I have wanted is to dive into the bottom of a packet of digestives.
Pre-diet I could easily eat a family size packet. I went to bed on Wednesday night with a full packet as I was feeling a bit fed up, never having time to myself, a bath in peace, any help with housework etc, also dd2 has been ill with a bug that is doing the rounds and is quite clingy.
So, I went to bed and in the end felt so guilty at thinking about eating them I brought the full unopened packed back downstairs and put them away.
Since then though I have been nearly crying because I just want to pig out. Its weigh in tomorrow, and although I have been on plan all week and done well and even managed a bit of exercise, I am still dreading it and getting butterflies and the feelings of a dodgy tummy.
Does anyone else want to eat something not on plan so much that they could cry and do other people get nervous the day before weigh in.
Sorry for the rant needed to get it off my chest as DH and I aren't speaking much so have no-one to speak to after a day with the kids.
