Ok , please humour me - tell me how I can lose 1 stone in four weeks !!!

I reckon I could do 7lbs in two weeks - Rosemary Coleny kick start - but what about the other two weeks ?

I can understand that, but it is not easy to follow rules like that if you are cooking for others too. I could only do that if I served up and then walked out the room and shut the door! Perhaps I'll try the special K one but have it 3 times a day instead of 2!
