Does any one remember Tesco diets?

I'm pretty sure they no longer exist, but I remember doing really well on a Tesco diet. It would give me a shopping list and meal plan based on my preferences. I would just print out the meal plan and stick to it. It was varied every day through out the week. It catered to meal prepping and taking lunch to work. Everything was portioned out. It just took away the decisions and impulsivity I struggled with, and it worked really well for me. I only stopped because my ex complained about it costing money. Is there anything like this that still exists, and does any one else remember doing it? This was around 2009 I would guess

Yes, the meals were very easy and some days I couldn’t finish a meal because they were a decent size. I lost a lot in a short time.

My friend used it and lost weight despite her plan including tinned spaghetti on toast. I’d never think of including that in a diet!

Tinned spaghetti on toast is not great nutritionally but it's not particularly high in calories and cheap and filling. As with anything it's portion size and what you eat the rest of the time and how active you are. I doubled carbed all the time as a kid and ran in off.
