So I’m looking at my January pilgrimage to weight loss and for this year for the first time I’m researching…..
has anyone signed up to sustainable change? It’s currently at the top of my list and I’m happy with the outlay but how successful is it?
anyone signed up?

I signed up but I wouldn’t personally recommend - it’s essentially macro based diet (protein), water, steps and light resistance training. It’s only a 12 week programme so it’s very expensive. 8-10 weeks in you’ll get hard sell for the next bit which is also expensive. I did get some results but it feels a bit of a cult - the recommended reading and the behavioural stuff is good and has helped me to reframe my attitude to food and self care. But it is a lot for what you actually get and the hard sell bit put me off. Have you checked trust pilot?

Thanks for your response and insight - really interesting. I have looked at Trust Pilot and that prompted me to ask here - tbh the reviews seemed too good ( there are a few negative comments on Reddit which don’t align at all).

I thought mumsnet would be a good check point.

I will ponder - thank you

I hadn’t thought of Reddit - the negative trust pilot ones seem to disappear but the ones there now do chime with my experience. My coach was a nice chap and, as I said, I did get some results and it helped my mindset. But the initial 12 week course seems like the gateway for the 1 year £7k “course”. Have you looked at Sally Gunnell or Fat Loss Fundamentals? No experience of either but they seem much the same thing without the intimidating hard sell.
