9lbs since Dec 1st.

Ignoring it till Jan so may be a bit more next week 🤣. Was thinking of ordering MJ but should probably try and lose it myself (had maintained for 6 months beforehand)

You won't be able to tell how much of the weight gain is Christmas and how much is just post MJ

but if it's NHS, then it's no worries is it? I was thinking that it was a big deal to pay another £200.

BTW I have a chexk up with the weight management nurse in Feb so wouldnt actually be able to do anything till then so I need to wait and see what happens.

The NHS is probably completely different than private companies prescribing

And when you said you would go back on it, I was thinking that's a lot of money to spend to lose the 9lb - but if you can get it for the price of a prescription, rather than £200, that's a big difference.

I find it very difficult and disruptive to be on this medication, will probably stop soon, so I was also thinking that you might prefer to just try losing it naturally. But I realise if you had no side effects and if you don't have to pay a lot for it, then it seems like a good idea.
