What food can I take with me...

I have to go away for a two-day course.
No food is provided and I don't want to be buying crap at lunch. I'm not joining them for dinner so will also need to take something for then.
I'll get breakfast in the hotel the following day and maybe take some fruit to put me over u til I get home.
Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for the lunch and dinner I'll need to sort?
Please don't comment if you're going to say I'm being too restrictive/hard on myself. I've been making consistent progress since September 1st and I want to continue, not stall, as I've a lot to lose!

You could take dried fruit and nuts for snacks.Mash potato in pots, you use a kettle, tins of salmon ,ring pull to open and avocado?🤔

Packet Couscous? If you have a kettle could take some pre cooked chicken to add in maybe. If you transport the chicken frozen it should keep ok till you get to the hotel.
Soup in a flask.
Rice cakes, popcorn or similar if you need something with your fruit.
Nuts and seeds.
Make a pasta salad and take that for lunch.
I'd probably reduce my calories for a few days beforehand to give me a bit of flexibility (I often did this while loosing 5 stone). But realise that's difficult for some.
