I always feel a bit of a let down when I say I've had a gastric sleeve, when people are asking for inspiration on how they can 'do it too' but I have a lot of health issues, physical and mental and struggled my whole life with my weight. Nothing helped, nothing stuck, constant yoyoing and I was sick of it. So now consistently lost/maintained since 2021. Its not been easy at all and have some small issues around the sleeve but am in such a better place, no regrets.

I have lost just over 60 pounds with weight loss injections and feel really chuffed. Much healthier and have so much more energy.
