How to plan separate meals for you in a big family?

Feeling really fed up with perimenopausal weight gain. Also finding it hard to change eating habits when my partner and I take it in turns to cook, and he is very skinny and needs hearty meals, and we have 3 kids, 2 of whom have neurodivergent-related extremely fussy eating habits, which means we’re already cooking separate, very plain food for those two, Struggling to see how I can have the time/resources to do a 3rd, separate, low calorie meal for myself …. I’m also dyspraxic and find planning really hard, so any tips on how I could go forward with a diet in this family context would be really welcome 🙏

Meal plan , take some time to sit down and plan meals for the week / fortnight where the base of the meal is ok for every family member and then can be adapted to suit by adding or removing certain elements .

I'd also say meal plan, I lost 5 stone still eating the same as the rest of the family. I also have a child with afrid. I have a 10 day rolling meal plan but with some variation so I'll have meat, potatoes and veg which will change each week or rice dish which could be Savoury rice with fish, Jambalaya or spicy rice with meat. I portion control mine and add extra veg. Then others will be given sides eg tortilla chips, garlic bread. Dc with afrid often has a variation of what we're having eg if we're having Spaghetti bolognaise dc will have the Spaghetti with a batch cooked safe sauce. This has helped bring down the need to think and the amount of extra preparation making everyone different meals.
