Mounjaro Plateu

I started Mounjaro in Jan and have done Jan 2.5 Feb 5,00 March 7.5, April 7.5 and May 7.5 and June 10
I stayed on 7.5 the second month as I started with some side effects - nthing major. The third month I changed provider and stayed on the 7.5. I have had suppression since I began and cut carbs 95% and sugar by 80% and drink tons of water. I have lost 3 stone since I started which I am pleased about but I have lost nothing in the last 6 weeks at all -I haven't gained but I haven't lost.
I thought going up to the 10 dose might do something but that has had no impact. I know I haven't been eating anymore and if anything over the last 3 weeks I have eaten less because I have had major issues with my teeth so have felt either unlike eating or in too much pain. Anybody had anything similar and managed to re kick start their loss or any idea generally about how to get out of this plateau?

I’d try tracking everything you eat and drink for a week, measuring everything, and see what kind of calorie deficit you’re in compared to your TDEE. Then, if you’re in a constant deficit, you will eventually see it on the scales.

Also, can you increase your activity at all?

I’m in a current plateau also. I’m trying to stay strong and take it as my weight is stabilising at this current new weight and it’ll take a bit of an effort push to see some new results. I’m towards the end of my MJ journey - 11lbs -14 left to lose.

I can and will. I knew it could slow down or stall but I didn't think it'd go on for this many weeks. If it hadn't been for the tooth situation I would have assumed t I must be eating more than I thought.

If you've not changed what your eating and staying the same weight, your tdee has probably lowered so you need to eat less.. ? . As you have lost weight so you will need fewer calories to lose more..
