I have a phobia of needles so I wonder if the drops are worth trying.
Or would patches be better.

They’re not GLP-1 medication, it is berberine. If you want to try taking berberine I’d just look for the cheapest tablets you can find from a reputable place like Holland & Barrett. Patches have very very little berberine in them and there’s no evidence that applying it to your skin does anything at all.

I think it’s terrible that these companies can get away with labelling berberine as GLP-1 medication when it’s nothing of the sort.

@SilenceInside thanks for your reply and the information you have provided.
Will go to the shop and get more info.

I would say don't waste your money. You won’t get GLP1 results without taking a GLP1

Also, I would look for information independently. Asking the shop isn’t going to give you a balanced opinion, they want to sell you the product:

Also to add the pen needles really aren't like a proper needle. 4mm long and so thin you really cant feel it. If your scared to use them prehaps someone would be willing to help with the injections?
Eventually the pharmaceutical companies will release tablet versions i imagine, until then theres not an equivalent alternative.
