A relative of mine had sucsess with this diet. It's simple, not restrictive and I really like the idea of it. However, I've attempted it a few times this year without much success. Would anyone join me to help me be more accountable. In also going to do it for lent so hoping that will be better . I think spring is a great time to start dieting, much better than cold and dark new year.

In summary it's no sweets, no snacks and no seconds except sometimes on a days (being Saturday, Sunday, special and sick days)

I've been struggling in the morning so might have to add a second breakfast and do 4 meals....I've had more success with overnight intermittent fasting, so not eating in the evening and having a 12 hours break.

No S Diet: No snacks, sweets, seconds, except on days that start with S.

I don't snack, I don't eat sweets, and i don't have seconds.. i still need to shift a couple of stone. It definitely wouldn't work for me.

They sound like good habits but I would need to use them alongside a calorie controlled diet or I wouldn't lose anything. No snacking is definitely good for me, it reduces my calories a lot, and I am very insulin sensitive so the less frequently I eat, the better.
