Is this unusually slow weight loss

As no idea whether to see the GP. In 54 weeks allowing say two weeks off for holidays/Christmas I have lost 32lbs. I have worked out my calorie deficit and track what I eat and drink. This isn't even a pound a week. I'm post surgical menopause and not on any hrt and I'm 41

Weight loss tends to be faster when you start at a bigger size, the closer you get to healthy weight the slower the loss because the calories you need to eat to maintain your weight reduces.

If you've lost 34lb you probably need less calories now just to exist then you did when you started, so in order to continue having big losses you'd need to eat less and less and less.

It's normal to not consistently lose every week, and to average around 1lb a week loss when actively trying to lose.

So I'd say your loss is probably about right.

I started Mounjaro in September. Since being on it have lost one stone.
Yes why not go to the GP? Was wondering if my thyroid might be low

I don't think it's relevant at all really although I know loads of other people on it that have lost a lot more being on it another reason I'm worried my thyroid is low

No because it's still a slow weight loss regardless of how it was achieved

The week off or thereabouts was simply not counting calories
