I’m trying to lose weight. I’ve done a 35 minutes cardio workout, and then 10k steps today according to my phone.
Today I had porridge with honey, lunch was a 400g Tesco finest ready made cottage pie, nothing on the side
Dinner was home made fish pie, nothing on the side.
I couldn’t sleep without feeling full so I’ve just had a spinach and tomato omelette with green beans on the side and yogurt with banana.
my question is will the snacking, although healthy, undo the exercise I have done and prevent me from losing weight? I know it’s better than not exercising at all but I still need a deficit.
does losing weight mean feeling hungry?
