Weightwatchers or Zoe

I’ve done WW’s in the past, it used to work a dream, but last time I tried it didn’t work. I think this is because I was perimenopausal. The weight wouldn’t shift.

I signed up to Zoe. I didn’t lose weight, and got despondent about it. Life got in the way and I felt overwhelmed with all the info. I’ve still got 3 months on my subscription.

I need to lose weight. I’m 1.5 to 2 stone overweight and I’m miserable.

I’m post menopause now. I’ve more time and better mental space to do it.

Anyone done both and think one is better?

Anyone tried to combine the 2?

Would you consider fasting instead?

Zoe type of food choices with their recommended time between last food of the evening and first meal next day PLUS a calorie tracker app like nutracheck.

Zoe by itself really isn't a weight loss diet - but I think it's good for shifting healthy, sustainable eating. But you need a calorie deficit in order to actually lose weight, there's really no way round that.
