It's designed by a couple of professors and has none of the calorie restrictions or starvation aspect of other diets.
I can't do 5.2
About to start this but wondered if anyone has tried it .
Thanks

I have never heard of it but it seems to be basically to eat healthily 5 days a week, which will reduce calories anyway, and eat even less on the two restricted days. How is that different from 5:2? Have you already got the book?

SaveMeASeatOnTheBusToHell thanks, I've seen the book on Amazon but no I'm not going to buy it. I downloaded a pdf of the essential guide.
I thought it was different in that the 5.2 meals are so ' light ' and leave me hungry.

It looks easier than the 5:2 diet but the difference is like "splitting hairs"
Both have eat healthily on 5 days, one has 500kcals and the other has low carb on the 2 days

Ketogenic diet has better anti cancer benefits. Google the Warberg effect and have a read about Prof. Thomas Seyfried’s work.

We have cancer all over our family. Breast, colon, pancreatic. The doctor said low carb is the best preventative diet we can do.
