What weight are you happy at? Not goal but happy

So this is a complete mystery to me. I am 5 ft 3 but feel slim at 150 pounds. Which seems on the large side - 5 pounds overweight in fact.

At this weight I can put on most clothes and feel happy. Slim face, arms, legs, flatish stomach.

I do have large boobs and a big butt naturally. I was a 32 e when I was 135 pounds. I feel like 150 would be high for most 5 ft 3 women

Just odd because I am now aiming for 120 pounds (sister’s wedding next year) but have no idea what that will look like.

5’3”, small frame, happy enough at 123lbs, goal (very rare) 119, unhappy over 130lbs. Rarely fluctuated more than this half stone window in my life barring pregnancy but that’s been a very conscious choice. Definitely harder mid 40s.

I’m 175cm (5’ 8”) and 66 kilos (10 stone 6) and I look great at this weigh but also happy up to 69 kilos

166cm and I dropped to 57kg I thought I’d be over the moon at that weight. But I wasn’t! I dropped due to a traumatic event and lots of exercise including weightlifting.

I’m hourglass shape and lost a significant amount from my bust. My face also looked very gaunt - which I didn’t like. I found the dresses I enjoy wearing didn’t fit or look good. I am happier at 60/62kg. I did prefer my thighs at 57kg. But you can’t pick and choose!

After 4 babies and in peri menopause my body however seems to prefer 66kg! What surprised me is I preferred how I looked at 66kg rather than 57kg. I’m less critical of myself now.

Same. I'm 167cm tall and look dreadful at 57 kilos - but kind of like it as I feel like no flesh touches other flesh, if you see what I mean. However, at 66kg and a BMI 23.7, my mind and soul are so much happier. I'm 48 and only one pregnancy. And I do have a bit of a tummy at 66kg. 🙄

Interesting thread although I do know weight shouldn't matter - reading this makes me feel normal!

I'm 5'3.5 and 54 kg. I usually go up to 56/57 kg after holidays, Christmas etc but I make a conscious effort each time to lose the extra few kilos. I'm 44 now so it's getting harder!!

81/2 stone is my comfortable weight. I’m definitely not at it right now!
