Lose how much in 5 weeks?

I've lost quite a lot of weight since March last year but have stagnated over the past few months. This is really just because I have been eating more of a maintenance diet than a weight loss diet. I have a holiday coming up on 14th July and am keen to have another push over the next 5 weeks to try and get my weight down a bit more. What's a reasonable / achievable amount to aim for in that time period? I'm an active mum and my body does respond well to diet changes and I do see results when I am consistent. Any inspiration would be greatly welcomed! 👍

Hi, ive been in similar position with stagnating although I have recently moved again I lose pretty slowly most of the time as I am closer to goal. I reckon in 5 weeks I could lose between 3-7lbs depending on how diligently I tracked my food. 7lbs would be top whack for me! I usually lose 3-4lbs each month but if you respond well you could do more than 7lbs but I would not push it too far, don’t eat too little

4-8lb

I am trying to do the same but in 4 weeks. My plan is no alcohol at the weekends so I won't be nibbling on crisps. Also trying to not snack and just stick to my 3 meals. Drinking lots of water which I usually struggle with and try do at least 10K steps every day. Good luck to both of us..

Thank you! I think I'm going to set a target of 3.5kg which is just under 8lbs. If I don't manage it all, it's fine, but I'd like something to aim for! I weigh in on a Tuesday morning so it's good timing to start strictly tomorrow. Good luck @enoughofthiscrap sounds like a sensible approach :)
