How to tone arms and legs

I’ve lost a couple of stone this year, so weight and size-wise I’m pretty happy, but my arms and legs are still flabby. I’ve always had a small waist/flat tummy, with bigger arms and legs, but I would like to wear a sleeveless top this summer without wanted to run from any camera. How do I get slimmer, toned limbs? I get the feeling no matter how much weight I lose, they will stay the same.

I’ve never tackled this before. Is it running? Weights? Pilates?

The 30 Day Shred is really good for toning arms and legs and only needs some light weights.

Weights. I was fat before (size 20-22) now i’m size 16. I’m still trying to slim down and get toned. Gym really change my life. I never like doing any kind of sport. Only lifting weights in gym is the one i like. I’m waiting everyday to the day i go to the gym. Your body will feel amazing, stronger, everything seems lighter. Better posture, good mental health. I feel happy. Its very different doing weights at home. You need to go to the gym and doing it there. So many tutorial how to do correct form, etc.

I’ve always got the fastest results with pilates-inspired trainings. Even better than with traditional weight training.

I’m addicted to Les Mills and my beloved class is Shapes. It’s low impact but very demanding, pilates-inspired programme.

A simple and free way to tone the whole body (works better than doing just parts) is a humble pushup. If you vary standard pushups and triceps pushups it will work on various parts of your arms, back, chest, core and legs.

I do a combination of functional strength training (to keep myself lean and fit over 40), martial arts (love it and for the agility and stoic grit :-)) and running. I really really hate cardio, especially running, but you absolutely need strong heart to nourish the muscles developed in strength classes.

It's all well and good losing weight and well done but in order to tone up you need to use weights to build muscle, best shape I was ever in was using a mixture of weights and cardio. Calosthenics is really good as well so that just basically using your own body weight like push ups and squats etc I'm sure there are a million tutorials on YouTube you could Follow

Yes, it is. It’s under the Strength section. I added a screenshot of my app.
