Healthy sugar-free handbag snack ideas

Could I ask what is people’s healthy, sugar-free snack of choice (not a fruit) that they can have in their handbag for when they really need something?

Babybel, nuts, oatcakes, crackers, olive pouch, beef jerky, an on the go tuna salad if it's going to be a while to my next meal. I always carry sugar free gum, as well.

Thanks all, and sorry for the late reply. Some great suggestions, thank you!
And it's exactly as you say @AmaryllisChorus, it's just handy to have something so you don't have to buy crap. I have not had a mini babybel for years but might have to try them again. Nuts are usually my go to snack, but I'm keen to vary it a bit.
I might have to return to the days of having a little Tupperware box full of cubes of cheese like I did when my daughter was little, but for me instead of her!

If you want some vegan options my go to's are Nakd bars, graze boxes and those packets of roasted peas/corn/etc. Usually about 100-200cals and better then the ultra processed sugar free options .

okay... i know its a bit antisocial but really works for me ... 1 or 2 hardboiled eggs.... fill me up and SO healthy....

perhaps some baby tomatoes or couple of sticks of celery alongside

and if not on a diet, an oatcake or two

A small pack of sliced cooked roast beef. Asda sell 2 packs of topside for £3:50. Protein so fills you up.
a few cherry tomatoes.
a small pack of raspberries, fruit though.

loveyouradvice · 18/04/2024 20:36

Oh yes, @Darklane I do those too!!!
