Maintenance after Ozempic/Wegovy/Saxenda

I was just wondering if anyone has actually managed to successfully maintain their losses after using these drugs?

I’m considering trying Wegovy and people don’t seem to discuss how they did afterwards. Of course regain is common with any weight loss method without a lifestyle change but I’m interested in anyone’s experience of coming off them.

@KarenJJ Yes that one! I took the plunge and joined! So far I'm really impressed, got a call with a nutritionist today and only paid late last night, medication coming tomorrow, but already they've messaged me to start thinking about emotional eating, so im actually quite excited!

Thanks for sharing @Mum2two21. I'm considering still, sounds very promising. Hope you manage to reach your goals!

I read this today.

I already had in my head that I would need to exercise more to give me more calories to play with.
I have restarted running and bought some resistance bands. I'm going make a real effort to get into a good exercise routine during my last 6 weeks on the drug. I already cycle to and from work.
