Other than the obvious drink a pint of water
I find it so hard not to just binge on sugar mid afternoon

Ha I do this.

It works for me very well.

Please don't do this. You are literally drinking chemicals.

Please don't do this. You are literally drinking chemicals.

And I literally don't care. Literally everything is chemicals.

Write a food diary, then you can work out if there is a breakfast or lunch that fills you up or leaves you ravenous. Remember to track your menstrual cycle in the food diary.

Sometimes I snack on home made coleslaw because I am sure it is my mouth that wants to chew rather than my stomach demanding food.

Boiled egg/ teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter/smoked mackerel or cold chicken if in fridge, piece of cheese/tinned sardines.

If you roast a chicken once a week and strip the meat off, pop in Tupperware it’s very handy as a snack for family, lasts 3 days in the fridge.

It's early days, but I've hugely reduced my ultra processed foods since the New Year (so yes, VERY early days), and I'm finding the urge to snack has massively decreased, and I'm getting far less hungry than I used to. Listening to a few podcasts about UPFs encouraged me to try. It means more planning for meals (for example, most days in the office I'd buy a sad meal deal - 100% UPF, now I'm planning meals at home that I can bring in).

But if I do get the urge, a piece of cheese, some yoghurt or some fruit helps.

Sorry to rain on anyone’s parade but the smoothies and nuts are packed full of calories!

The OP said healthy, not low-calorie. Even if you are trying to lose weight, going for very low-calorie foods is not always the best solution. They are often also low in nutrients and don't fill you up, leading to more snacking.

The smoothies are packed full of sugar though. Nuts are a bit better.
