Hello, I've name changed for this thread.
Does anyone know how to successfully lose weight with having IBD.
I find it incredibly difficult to eat 'healthy' raw foods such as salads and veg or fibre rich fruit which would no doubt help in weight loss.
Dieticians have been of no help. The advice is to eat to keep my gut calm and so processed food is easier to digest.
I have about 2 stone to lose to be a healthy weight.
Any tips for food ideas most welcome.
