Has anyone joined Zoe? It's expensive - is it worth it?

I don't even fully understand what the Zoe program is...

Hi! I just joined, because my friends raved about it, super important knowledge on what kind of food can spike your blood sugar levels, even innocent ones like banana! Also gives you tips on how to still eat the food you love but mitigate the damage it can do to your body. I’m very excited to try!

I happen to have a 10% discount coupon if you’d like to join, apparently they would give me an extra month of subscription, oh well! Anything is better than nothing! Try ZOEREF2J6B

Following as I'm interested. I'm 54, 9 stone and 5'3. Health seems to be on the verge of going downhill, want to do some serious prevention. Had gestational diabetes in both pregnancies. Hb1ac has been 41 in the last 2 tests, blood pressure hovers around high normal, sometimes under, sometimes over, chloresterol 5.7. Feel I need to take this seriously before it's too late. I generally eat really well, but sometimes eat things I shouldn't. I exercise a bit, but probably not enough. Wondering when is a good time to start Zoe. I just started a new job last week and also have a few holidays planned between now and August. Wondering if it might be better to wait until September. Also, how intrusive is the continuous blood pressure monitor and how easy is it to fit the diet around family meals? I make my own breakfast and have a salad with olive oil/nuts/avocado usually for lunch. Dinner is harder as there is DH and DS2 (17) to consider and DS1 when he's home from uni. I try and make something healthy like baked fish or bean stew with lots of side veg and some carbs like wholewheat pasta for the boys, which I either leave off my plate or have a tiny portion of. Would something like this work, adapted a bit, for Zoe?

The bulk of the testing happens in the first day, then for two weeks you wear the CGM and experiment with different foods, they also propose some challenges (normally when you are breaking fast) which requires a little control over diet and not to exercise. In my case I ended up on vacation on the second week of wearing it and didn't follow the challenges well, as I was eating and exercising a lot. You seem pretty health conscious already, I think Zoe helps you understand how your body reacts to certain foods and then you make an informed decision when you eat... I don't think you need to wait till September to do it, but I would probably avoid vacation times.. good lucK!
