I'm 8 and a half stone. Today:
Daily hot water and lemon
Daily protein shake- vegan protein powder, vegan yoghurt, raw spinach, banana, pear and oat milk all blended together.
B Porridge made with oat milk, banana, nut butter and seeds.
D hummus, spinach and tomato sandwich
Snack some nuts and dried fruit and an apple
T jacket potato with mixed beans, vegan spread & vegetables
2.5 litres of water daily and vegan tea and coffee.
I usually eat avocado, healthy dishes such as vegan lasagne, I also eat lots of lentils, vegetables and chickpeas.
I only ever eat chocolate on a Sunday and am a teetotal. I run 5-15 miles every week.
I feel great every day and never feel like I'm missing out on anything (although people like to tell me I am).
