Healthy batch cook meals?

Hi everyone
I want to lose 1 1/2 stone and would like some ideas for lunches and tea, preferably something I can batch cook and freeze? Also something on the cheaper side would be helpful! I do the 16:8 diet already. I had a baby 10 months ago and I'm already a stone lighter than I was when I first got pregnant, but want to lose more! I walk around 7k steps everyday. Any tips? Thanks

I don't weigh myself but have gone from a 14/16 to a small 10 since May. I can't exercise due to disability but the weight has steadily come off.

I've done it buy 16/18:8/6 and diet on a very tight budget.

I keep to the same things to make it easier and find calorie counting easier. Lunches are tinned tomatoes and mushrooms/scrambled egg/beans on toast, leftovers or soup and a roll. Followed by a piece of fruit.

Afternoon snack if hungry is fruit or crackers.

Evening meals are batch cooked chilli with jacket potato, chicken in tomatoe sauce with pasta, shepherd's pie, Chicken casserole, Cajun Chicken and potatoes curry and Spaghetti bolognaise. I then have an easy tea fish finger/chicken sandwiches with salad and the other night chicken or pork with potatoes and veg.

I've worked out portion sizes for freezing and calorie counts so I know what I need. All the meals are suitable for my whole family and I just change the portion size/add I'm fruit and yoghurt for teenagers.

Curry is great batch cooked too, as it tastes nicer after a day or two. Do you have a slow cooker?
To keep costs low, you can make vegetarian versions of meals such as bolognaise, chilli and shepherds pie, by substituting lentils & chopped mushrooms for the mince.
Beef or chicken stew, lamb hotpot.
Traybakes: I like Mediterranean vegetables such as peppers, red onion & courgettes chopped into large chunks & oven roasted in olive oil with herbs (thyme, oregano). Add salmon steaks, or chicken thighs for protein.
Fish pie

This is a good one, you can add extra veg if you like, and skip/reduce the oil. You could even replace the black beans with quartered mushrooms or something.
