How to enjoy running?

Never been a runner. I tried several times in my life and I just find it very boring and cannot ever get myself to commit to it regularly.
I normally do fitness classes at the gym but with a FT job and a toddler I am finding it hard to be able to attend the classes I like at specific times. Running is obv a much more flexible activity, I can easily do it even for just 30 min during my lunch break when I work from home... and yet, I can't be bothered!
Any tips on how to fall in love with running or at least make it more bearable?

Forgot to say it's free as well - and usually a chance to get coffee nearby after with others so you could meet people for extra support with running.

Once you can run with your heart rate at a reasonable rate it becomes more enjoyable- mine stays about 140-145bpm and I could have a conversation at the same time. Above that it starts to get uncomfortable and of course is less enjoyable.

I usually run with music, and have run with chatty groups before as well, and have had such a good chat I've not even noticed the effort.

I'm not a natural runner, at all.

Once I started jogging at my own pace and not trying to get faster times (was never going to happen!) I started to really enjoy it.

Like PP says, once you're fit enough to do a few miles with your heart rate 140ish, it's much more enjoyable.

I like the fact I can run, it helps my confidence, the discipline it takes is not to be underestimated!
