Can I please have some ideas on what I can snack on mid morning/mid afternoon please. I don't know if it makes a difference but my DD is 10 months old and I'm BF.

Thanks.

I have a tub of cherry tomatoes open in the fridge which I dip into on and off throughout the day.

Also the same for cucumber and carrot sticks.

Thanks Bellie but vegetable sticks just don't stave off the hunger for me.

Anyone else??????

rice cakes? taste like card board on their own but i put toppings on mine. marnite or chocolate spread if i am craving something sweet.
last night i had one of those philidelphia dip things, the sweet chilli one. thats low fat and was really nice, nicer than i expected.
boots have low fat crisps

Tesco or weight watchers have low fat carrot and orange cake slices and lemon drizzle slices which are lovely, also ryvita with cottage cheese and chives.

Bread sticks with tuna and low fat mayo dip, or hummous (sp)

small bowl of cereal works for me. Something wholesome like a light muesli or fruit'n'fibre types.

Low fat yoghurt with a bit of muesli thrown in.

Banana and other fruit.

Ryvita with light cream cheese and cucumber, cherry toms etc

couscous - just grab a couple of spoonfuls from the fridge when you're hungry. The alpen light cereal bars aren't bad either - fairly sweet and 70cals each (same as an apple)
