Do you weigh regularly?

Do you have an outfit or item of clothing you try on and then if it doesn't fit, you diet till it does?

What works for you? That's helped you not regain all your lost weight!

Clothes are a big indicator or weight gain!

Not always.

Lots of people wear leggings, loose tops, loose dresses etc and elastic waistbands aren't great at alerting us to weight gain.

They're a big indicator if you're a fan of zips and buttons though.

@HereToo true. Since I lost weight, I make sure to wear fitted clothing. My jeans are no stretch too.

The stretch material is awful and is one reason people may not know they have gained!!

In order to reach and keep a healthy weight, one must practice stress management, a good diet, and regular exercise. Additional elements could also influence weight growth. A range of healthful foods are included in a healthy diet.

Weigh every day and if it goes up by 2 or 3lb, I keep my mouth shut around snacks and alcohol until it drops again. Just eat lunch and dinner and have plenty of water.

I don't think I could weigh everyday.
