Does anyone use Berberine?

After a lot of research, I have just started using Berberine as a supplement and wondered if anyone else has used it and had any success with weight loss?

I do have PCOS, which I have read that this is really helpful for and currently my BMI is 38. Although I have probably never been in a healthy range, I would like to loose about 3 or 4 stone, although would be happy with just 1 or 2 to get me back down to "my" normal weight. My weight is terrible at fluctuating depending on my stress levels and hormones really do not help.

Has anyone tried Berberine and how did you get on?

I've considered taking berberine in a bid to help with egg quality . Anyone taking it while ttc

I take it sometimes when I've had something too carby that's making me feel horrible.

At the moment I have given in to wegovy and I'm scared to take them together, but as I'm convinced my weight issues are to do with hormones and blood sugar I will go back to regular Berberine at some point.

I'm 2.2 pounds down in 7 days on Berberine 1000g and Glucomannan 1000mg. I just couldn't finish my dinner. I haven't been exercising either 🤐😀

I'm going to start exercising and see if it moves the scale any faster

I'm 43 and weigh 225 🙈

Now 14 days in and 3 pounds down. I am not exercising yet and I do have appetite suppressed by Berberine

I will start exercising today and see if it speeds up the Weightloss

@bookwormcrazy how did Berberine work for you??

Just wondering if there is any success story with berberine? Thinking about starting it only for weight loss and it would be good if it would be a waste of money.

I can't say I had much success and gave up after a while.
